Shipping costs

Currently:

We send all our packages with DPD, Bpost (Belgian postal services) or UPS.

Shipping costs are calculated by your order’s total weight and/or packaging dimensions.

Guest users can use our convenient "Shipping Rates" calculator (located in the miniature cart, upper right corner) by mentioning their delivery location. This delivery location is prefilled for our customers that are logged in and have an address saved in their personnal account.

By default, the lowest shipping rate with delviery at home will be selected for you but, if needed, you can of course select another carrier/service. It can be done at any time from the miniature cart or during the checkout process.

For any country that is not yet listed on our website, please contact us for a quote.

Tax free orders

Intra-Community Supplies: export deliveries to an E.U. business with a valid VAT registration number will be charged without the Belgian VAT (value added tax) of 21%.

Export deliveries to third party countries/ non-E.U. countries will be charged without the Belgian VAT (value added tax) of 21%. Please note when importing goods into a third party country, all goods are subject to import duties and are customable and taxable at the expense of the recipient.

Delivery times

Under normal circumstances we will ship orders within 1-2 working days, unless specified otherwise by us.

Once we have your order dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Belgium

DPD, DPD Pickup, Bpack, Bpack@Bpost, Bpack 24/7, UPS Standard : 1-2 working days

Bpost (envelopes) : 1-3 working days

Belgium neighbouring countries (DE, FR, LU, NL)

DPD, DPD Pickup, UPS Standard : 1-3 working days

Bpack, Bpost (envelopes) : 2-5 working days

Other E.U. member states

DPD, DPD Pickup, UPS Standard : 2-7 working days

Bpack, Bpack Light (small parcels), Bpost (envelopes) : 3-10 working days

All other countries

DPD, DPD Pickup : 2-9 working days

UPS Standard & Expedited : 2-14 working days

Bpack, Bpack Light (small parcels), Bpost (envelopes) : 3-14 working days

If needed, you can always contact us if you want to know the indicative or guaranteed delivery time quoted by UPS for your destination.

Once we have processed your order, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking information of your order.

Please pay attention that the Bpost and  Bpack Light services have no tracking option available. These services are exclusively dedicated to small sendings (<1kg) and they are always shipped at your own risk.

Stock & Lead Times

On your shopping cart summary page, for each item line, you may see different icons that indicate the current stock status.

In stock

It means that your item quantity is currently in stock and should be shipped directly.

Partially in Stock

It means that we don't have in stock the total quantity you want for this product.

Out of stock items will be backordered if you proceed with the order.

Lead times can be around some days up to some weeks, do not hesitate to contact us if needed.

Available upon Order

It means that this item is not in stock and will be backordered if you proceed with the order.

Lead times can be around some days up to some weeks, do not hesitate to contact us if needed.

Out of Stock

It means that this item is out of stock and unfortunately that the product is no longer available.

You will have to remove this item from cart to proceed to checkout.

Please note that we don't make partial deliveries. If you can't wait for a complete delivery, you may of course place two distinct orders to dissociate available and unavailable items.
